THE CHALLENGE
One of the biggest challenges facing families today is caring for their senior relatives and enabling the older adult, regardless of financial means, to live their later years in dignity in the County they call Home.
Our senior population is growing – and so too, are the conditions arising from aging: Depression, Anxiety, Loss, Disability, Dementia and Alzheimer’s are the more obvious problems.
However, in our rural county there is also isolation, loneliness, transportation difficulties, distance from family and financial hardship which are just as debilitating.
